This month we feature Lauren Fowler

Lauren Fowler is a 24 year old illustrator working in Kalk Bay, Cape Town. Having originally studied Graphic Design, she decides to focus on illustration and craft work. Her interests include illustrating, knitting and sewing as well as song writing.
Lauren fills her craft time by cutting felt and sewing buttons to make unique brooches, making small flower headbands from ribbon and bits of fabric, knitting tea cosies, teddy bears called Walter and mini scarves called Scarflett O' Haras and illustrating and hand painting gift cards.
Always looking for new ideas and craft skills, Lauren hopes to, one day, be able to crochet and knit a jersey. Go to Lauren's website.
